Do I need an account?

You only need an account so we can save your project and to serve as a place where you can talk to your designer. We promise we won’t send any spam e-mail or bother you with requests or issues other than those related to your order.

What Guidelines Should I Know When I Submit My Photos?

When sending us any photos, avoid saving them from online services or apps such as Instagram, Facebook or any other online gallery, as they save the high-resolution images and only display the low-resolution ones. These photos are not suitable for print.

We also recommend that you upload photos taken with a professional camera rather than a phone camera, as they’ll have a better chance of being what’s needed for print.

Will you edit or touch up my photos?

If the photos you uploaded need any revisions such as red-eye removal, minor color corrections, brightening or sharpening, your designer will make the necessary adjustments free of charge, so you’ll get a fine print. If you have any specific changes in mind, just let your designer know what those would be. Depending on the request, complementary charges may be applied.

Can I add a photo or text to the back of my card?

Yes you can! Make sure to upload the photo and/or give the text and instructions to your designer and she’ll be happy to accommodate.

Can I Use My Response Card as a Postcard?

Of course! Choose a postcard back design from the ones we have listed and write the wording for your designer. The standard card stock paper will be then coated to increase sturdiness during shipping and mailing. You can choose the coating to be matte or gloss.

Will my designer change my wording?

Although we may find a grammar error now and then, it’s your responsibility to look over the proof in depth and check the text for yourself. Different word arrangements, reformulations or text trimming can be suggested by your designer if they are required by the layout or design. You will receive a final proof and you’ll always be in touch with your designer, so you’ll have the final word.

How do I find the status of my order?

What method of printing do you use for your cards?

All of the cards ordered from us are printed on a state-of-the-art printer, the HP Indigo. Offering reduced production waste, energy efficiency, and carbon-neutral manufacturing, it carries the Green Leaf Mark from Intertek, a leading independent certification and testing company.

After your cards are printed, we offer them a sensational trip through the finishing processes. Your prints rest for a day for the ink to interweave with the paper in perfect symbiosis. Then the cards are gently cut, scored if needed, carefully fondled together preparing them for shipping. Postcards receive an extra step of pampering, as we coat them on the front side to increase durability during shipping.

What is the Minimum Purchase Quantity?

Due to how our printing layout it set, the minimum order is 25 cards.

Do you offer envelopes?

Yes, we do offer envelopes for $0.15 each.

Do you print addresses on envelopes/postcards?

Unfortunately, we cannot print individual names/addresses on our items.

How does the process work?

It’s super-simple! Choose your design, let us know your information and a designer will create your proof. After proof approval, we’ll print and ship your cards in about 10 business days. See an in-depth presentation here

Can I change the colors of the design?

Yes! While customizing your cards, you can choose 4 main colors for your card and your designer will match the design with your colors. If you need a different color, just send us link or type in a color code in the instructions field. You can also upload an image instructing us what colors to use from it.

Can I change the fonts?

If you don’t like the design’s fonts, you may suggest a font that you like. If the font is not free, it is your responsibility to purchase the font that you’d like us to use.

Can I change the wording?

You can change the entire wording to match your occasion, you can make it more formal or friendlier and you can even change the language!

Can you sell the digital file instead?

If you’re looking for the customized, digital file to print at your local shop, just give the information to your designer and you’ll enter the proofing process. After you’re happy with how it looks, the high-quality printable file will be sent to you via e-mail. The cost is $25/printable file. If you’re a DIY passionate and want to customize the invitation yourself, you can use our old studio for editing & downloading the file.

When will my order ship?

One business day after proof confirmation, the cards enter the production queue and it takes around 5 days to create and perfect them. Once they are finished, we’ll ship your package and send you the tracking information. Shipping takes up to 5 business days, depending on your location (we ship from Oregon). What paper do you use?

We have a custom-made paper that you’ll fall in love with: 120 lbs bright-white card stock, with 16 point thickness, made in the US.

Do you offer samples?

Unfortunately, samples are not part of our offer for now but our minimum order of 25 cards comes at a small cost. We have your back with our 100% money-back guarantee if it happens that you don’t like our product.

I want a custom design.

I’m not happy with my cards. I want a refund.

Your complete satisfaction is our main goal. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and will gladly replace any components if there is an error caused by us. If you are not satisfied with your order you may request a re-print or refund in 30 days by e-mailing us at hello@coprinted.com

What payment methods do you accept?

We trust PayPal with our secure online transactions. We do not store any credit card data whatsoever on our servers. You can also pay with your credit card through PayPal by clicking on “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” on the login page.

I don’t have a PayPal account

Click on “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” from the login page and it will enable you to make the payment via credit card.
